STAY INFORMED. KEEP GROWING.
From REALTOR® membership training to Alabama licensing education, find the information and resources you need to stay on track.
REALTOR® membership training and Alabama licensing education are separate requirements. A course may count toward more than one requirement only when it is approved for each purpose. Check the course details and contact Education if you have questions.
REALTORS® complete training that supports professionalism, ethical business practices, and fair housing. Explore the resources below and contact HAAR to confirm your training status and deadline.
Learn about REALTOR® Code of Ethics training and explore available course options. Contact HAAR to confirm your status and the deadline that applies to you.
Find information and resources for the REALTOR® Fair Housing training requirement. Contact HAAR to confirm your status and available course options.
The Alabama Real Estate Commission (AREC) oversees licensing education and continuing education requirements. Your requirements and deadlines depend on your license and circumstances.
Newly licensed agents should also review their postlicense requirements. New member orientation does not replace postlicense education.
New REALTOR® Member Orientation is held in person. Our Membership team will contact new members with an invitation and details about their session.
Keep a copy of your course completion certificates and check your records in the appropriate place:
Completing a membership training course does not automatically mean it qualifies for Alabama CE credit. Check the course details before registering.
Contact our Education team for help with classes, registration, training status, or education records.
