Southern Springs, Phase 2 (District 4): Developed by Lennar Homes of Alabama, LLC (represented by Savannah Howerton), this phase introduces 31 lots and 1 tract to the Harvest area.
Martin Preserve (District 1): Proposed by Capitol Development Group, LLC (represented by Blake Webster), adding 39 single-family lots.
The Enclaves at Indian Creek (District 4): Proposed by Indian Creek Holdings, LLC (represented by Jake Gattis), bringing 11 new residential lots.
Final Subdivisions & Industrial Plats
Camden Place Subdivision, Phase 2 (District 1): Final approval granted for JLM Camden Place, LLC (represented by Clay Smith), bringing 75 lots to market.
McMullen Gardens, Phase 3 (District 1): Final approval granted for Campbell & Mance Resources, LLC (represented by E.J. Yankowski), adding 39 final lots.

Pettus Road and Nick Davis Road Improvements: The Commission authorized an agreement with Wiregrass Construction Company, Inc. to execute intersection improvements. This ongoing project includes traffic signalization and dedicated turn lanes to alleviate peak-hour congestion.
Madison County Courthouse Repairs: Approved an agreement with architecture and engineering firm Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC regarding ongoing facility work at the county courthouse.
Probate Records Building Upgrades: Authorized NA Insulation Services, Inc. to install fiberglass insulation barriers for the Madison County Probate Records Building.
Municipal Agreements & Fiscal Year Operations
Fiscal Year 2027 Budget: The Commission formally approved the FY2027 budget, establishing financial allocations for county public works, community safety, and administrative maintenance.
Municipal Support & Public Health Agreements: Agreements were executed with the City of New Hope for senior center sewer repairs, as well as community funding contracts for the Community Free Dental Clinic, Inc. and the Veterans Day Parade and Events of North Alabama.
Property Executive Session: The meeting included an executive discussion regarding an offer for the purchase, sale, lease, exchange, and market value of real property owned by the county.
