Knowledge: A Week of Training at HAAR

One of the five pillars in HAAR’s Strategic Plan for 2019-2021 is KNOWLEDGE. Today wraps up a week of continued diverse educational offerings, focused on business success and improved transaction experiences for our members to better serve their clients.

Another foundational pillar of our Strategic Plan is PROFESSIONALISM and the Code of Ethics that must be followed by every Realtor. Instructor Mike Sandoval kicked off the week with a Code of Ethics training on Monday, helping members become better educated on our heightened local professional standards and what it takes to increase consumer confidence for Realtors.

Tuesday, we received an overwhelming response to our Lunch & Learn HomeSnap course, taught by instructors Kathy Mann and Anna Knott. These regular trainings highlight how Homesnap Pro helps Realtors build their business, as those in attendance left with an understanding of listings and search, collaborating with clients, messaging, contact connections, rapid CMA reports, leveraging the agent safety timer, walking property lines, best use tips, and more.

In one of our largest HomeSnap trainings, members learned to master a program that makes their job easier

Finally, a two-day intensive course led by instructor Larry Carroll helped our members take the first step toward becoming an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). The course provided a greater understanding of the services clients look for in their next home purchase, and also covered techniques that help Realtors increase revenue referrals while reducing risk.

Although the week is over, we’re not done providing these regular opportunities to earn CE hours and become better prepared to serve your clients. On Monday, HAAR will offer a Military Relocation Professional Certification Course that helps current and former servicemembers and their families to take full advantage of the benefits and support they have earned through service to our nation. Learn more about Monday’s course here.
