The Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® and ValleyMLS are excited to welcome Tiffany James as our incoming Chief Executive Officer.

Beginning in July 2026, Tiffany will lead both HAAR and ValleyMLS, bringing more than two decades of REALTOR® association leadership experience to one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.

As North Alabama continues to experience growth across aerospace, defense, technology, manufacturing, and population expansion, Tiffany joins our organization at an exciting time. Her experience in member engagement, advocacy, communications, governance, and organizational modernization will help support our mission of delivering exceptional value to REALTORS®, brokers, subscribers, and the communities we serve.

Most recently, Tiffany served as CEO of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, where she led strategic initiatives focused on member engagement, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles with the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®, helping establish the organization as a trusted voice on housing and real estate issues.
