Paragon- Pricing w/a Strategy

Paragon Pricing with a Strategy – Using Price Analysis we will look at Subject Properties, Partially Saved (Unpublished) Listings and Published Listings and find the buyer pools at different price points. During this class, we will go to the next step and graph the number of buyer matches at the different price points to visually see the buyer pools. This graph can be given to Sellers so they can choose the initial listing price or what price they want to move to when it is time for a price change.
I have an Excel spreadsheet I will share so attendees will have the graphing tool displayed during the class.
