Your Dashboard is Back!
Last month, Rapattoni, a HAAR third-party vendor, was hit with a cyber attack that affected MLSs across the nation.
After countless hours of work at both HAAR and Rapattoni, we are thrilled to report that your dashboard is live and login processes are back to normal.
Here's what you need to know:
When you visit HAAR.realtor, log in using your MLS ID and password ‘valley’ (all lower case).
You will be prompted to change your password and enter it twice (enter ‘valley’ for current password).
Your new password is case-sensitive, and must be at least 6 characters and include one Upper Case, one lower case, one number.
Now that the dashboard is live, you will no longer be able to access Paragon from valleymls.paragonrels.com.
Although the dashboard will be live, there may be small issues that Rapattoni has yet to resolve.
