This class is designed to train real estate professionals with tools to advise and protect their clients conducting real estate transactions by outlining concrete steps to avoid fraud, protect electronic information, and secure communications. We will look at some recent cyber fraud schemes and criminal techniques being used that target real estate transactions in order to recognize dangers and set proper precautions for the real estate agent and their client.
