On Thursday, October 22nd, more than 100 HAAR and ValleyMLS.com members tuned into an Implicit Bias Training with Huntsville Multicultural Officer Kenny Anderson.
The first of its kind training is aimed at identifying the implicit biases that can arise each day, how to recognize and encounter them, and working toward a culture of greater understanding and inclusion.
