Below are step by step directions on how to see what CE credit you already have with the Alabama Real Estate Commission so you can know what you still need.
You need 15 total hours to include:
1) Risk Management Level 1: Avoiding Violations
2) any Risk Management: Level 2 (it does not matter what type of license you have, you can take any level 2)
3) The remaining 9 hours can be electives of your choice. I would highly recommend one of them be Code of Ethics since you have to have that every two years for the NAR requirement
