ValleyMLS Receives “Superior” Rating from Subscribers

ValleyMLS.com has received from its subscribers an Overall “Superior” Rating and either “Superior” or “Exceptional” scores on five key categories in a nationally standardized MLS Performance Review, performed by T3 Sixty.

ValleyMLS.com earned an overall score of 3.37 out of a possible 4.0. That score lands on T3 Sixty’s performance scale as Superior

The report above was conducted by T3 Sixty, an independent residential real estate firm, which conducts standardized surveys for REALTOR®associations and MLSs. Their surveys allow for a rigorous, tested benchmarking scorecard that can be utilized by organizations for planning and feedback purposes.

The T3 MLS Scorecard assesses subscribersfeedbackin 5 key performance areas: Satisfaction & Value, Direction & Leadership, Support & Services, Data and Technology

The following outlines the calculations used to establish each of the Performance Category Scores:

Satisfaction and Value: This score is generated by combining the results for questions number one (1) and two (2).

Directions and Leadership: This score is generated by combining the results for questions number three (3) and four (4). The Leadership score was generated using the combined score based on each of the four components (Representation, Effectiveness, Response to Input, and Response to Industry Trends).

Support and Services: This score is generated by combining the results for questions number five (5), six (6), seven (7), and eight (8). The Support score was generated using the satisfaction scoring as well as the combined score based on each of the three components (Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Responsive). While the Service score was generated using the satisfaction scoring as well as the combined score of quality and value for each of the three service areas (Training, Compliance, and Communications).

Data: This score is generated by combining the results for questions number nine (9) and ten (10). The score was generated using the satisfaction scoring as well as the combined score based on each of the four components (Accuracy, Relevance, Timeliness, and Completeness).

Technology: This score is generated by combining the results for questions number eleven (11) and twelve (12). The score was generated using the satisfaction scoring for all technology, the overall MLS System, as well as the combined score based on each of the six MLS system components (Client Portals, Search, Reports, Listing Entry, Tax/Public Records, and Mobile).
