Please mark your calendars for TWO upcoming Broker Forums, where the HAAR Forms Work Group and Leadership will introduce the newly developed Buyer Showing Agreement and Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement to keep members in compliance with the terms of the recent NAR settlement.
Brokers are invited to learn about these agreements on Thursday, July 11th and the following Thursday, July 18th, each at 9am. These meetings can be attended in person or by Zoom.
The same information will be presented at each Forum. Thereās no need to register for both.Ā There will be a Q&A about the new agreements after the presentation.
