Last week, internationally renown speaker, entrepreneur and consultant Valerie Garica held her Modern Campfire Storytelling Workshop at HAAR offices. Open to the general public as well as HAAR Members, those in attendance learned how to become a stronger storyteller and communicate with a diverse set of communities.
Garcia, who presented at HAAR’s 2019 Realtor and Affiliate of the Year Annual Membership Luncheon at Burritt on the Mountain, disrupted the way we think, answer seemingly easy questions, and set ourselves apart from others. She spoke about embracing our oddities and using our differences to create a unique path to success.
Valerie Garcia’s Modern Campfire Storytelling Workshop is a unique event that HAAR provided for its members and, for one of the first times, anyone from the community was able to attend for the same cost as Realtors and Affiliates. We hope to bring more of these opportunities to continue to create value for our membership and the community at large. So, stay tuned as future events like this are announced in the months to come!
