Fast Stats for July 2018
July saw 753 units sold which is 123 more than July of 2017 which saw 630 units sold. Average sales price was up at $241, 441 which is $12,206 more than July of last year ($229,235). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, is still low at only 43 days, 16 day shorter than June. And 21 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,729 active listings on the market.
