Fast Stats for March 2018
March saw 644 units sold which is 207 more than February of this year. Average sales price was up at $221, 202 which is slightly up higher than February ($218,942). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, is still low at only 71 days, 2 days shorter than February. And 23 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,767 active listings on the market.
