Fast Stats for August 2018
August saw 746 units sold which is 71 more than August of 2017 which saw 675 units sold. Average sales price was down just a bit at $226, 498 which is $2,091 less than August of last year ($228,589). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, is still low at only 47 days, 4 days longer than July 2018. And 21 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,698 active listings on the market.
