Fast Stats for April 2018
April saw 678 units sold which is 95 more than April of 2017 which saw 583 units sold. Average sales price was up at $223, 826 which is $14,382 more than April of last year ($209,444). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, is still low at only 61 days, 10 days shorter than March. And 31 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,704 active listings on the market.
