Fast Stats for September 2018
September saw 654 units sold which is 62 more than September of 2017 which saw 592 units sold. Average sales price was down just a bit at $225,833 which is $11,561 less than September of last year ($214,272). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, is still low at only 48 days, 1 day longer than August 2018. And 7 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,646 active listings on the market.
