SentriLock Billing Reminders

As the initial SentriLock billing cycle begins, please keep the following in mind related to your SentriLock account:
  • Automatic billing will be the only payment option for uninterrupted service.
  • Each billing cycle begins on the 1st of the month. If not paid by the 5th of the month, SentriLock will suspend the eKey and impose a $5 penalty.
  • Always keep your 9-digit account number handy, which is found in the app by clicking on your profile icon. Your account number will appear below the barcode that appears.
  • To pay your bill over the phone, please call SentriLock at 513.618.5828.
