As the initial SentriLock billing cycle begins, please keep the following in mind related to your SentriLock account:
Automatic billing will be the only payment option for uninterrupted service.
Each billing cycle begins on the 1st of the month. If not paid by the 5th of the month, SentriLock will suspend the eKey and impose a $5 penalty.
Always keep your 9-digit account number handy, which is found in the app by clicking on your profile icon. Your account number will appear below the barcode that appears.
