Request an MLS Form Revision

Improving and enchaning MLS member services is a year-round priority. If you have a suggested revision of existing ValleyMLS.com forms, please take the steps below:
🔹Complete the “Request to Review Form” document located in the Paragon MLS Documents folder or at this link: http://bit.ly/MLSformrequest.
🔹To fill out the form electronically, download the form and open it in your PDF viewer (not in an internet browser).
🔹Email the completed document to forms@valleymls.com
🔹All requests will go to the Forms Committee to be reviewed during their next meeting
🔹If changes are approved, they will be sent to the ValleyMLS.com Board of Directors for final approval
