Qualified Opportunity Zones Another Tool For Realtors on RPR App

Created by federal legislation, “Qualified Opportunity Zone” (QOZ) is a new designation that offers tax incentives to real estate investors and developers.

Realtors Property Resource (RPR), a national data program, has added QOZs to its platform. With it, Realtors can view areas that qualify for these tax incentives. They can then analyze all properties that fall in the Opportunity Zone, review economic and demographic statistics for the area, and create reports for investors regarding buying potential. They will also be able to reach out to residents and business owners in the area about selling advantages through RPR’s recently launched Mailing Labels feature.
