Fast Stats for November 2018
November saw 590 units sold which is 76 more than November of 2017 which saw 514 units sold. Average sales price was up at $236,532 which is $22,537 more than November of last year ($213,995). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, is still low at only 45 days. This is 23 days shorter than a year ago and 5 days shorter than October. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,552 active listings on the market.
