New Residential Input Form

NEW RESIDENTIAL INPUT FORM: A workgroup comprised of agents and office assistants worked together to make changes in the flow of inputting a new listing. The Board voted to approve renaming standard Listing Terms, which will go into effect on June 14, 2021. You can see a full list of updated terms HERE.

A few new fields will be added once the new input form is in effect are listed below.

• PPin # (which can be auto-populated from CRS Taxes)
• Compensation Type $ or %
• Detached Finished Sqft (cannot be included in the Total Sqft field)
• Sold as is? Y/N
