Join us in welcoming Jay Jennings to HAAR as Professional Development Manager before his first day on November 1st!
Jay comes to us from Fairhope, AL where he has cultivated unique relationships and experiences within the real estate industry over the last 15 years.
After receiving his Florida and Alabama real estate licenses, Jay operated Pendulum Properties, LLC with his father and broker.

Jay gained notoriety after creating and producing a weekly “Radio Real Estate Show” where he interviewed state and local leaders discussing there real estate markets. Jennings soon was asked to serve on the Baldwin REALTORS® Board of Directors where he held positions as YPN Chair, MLS President, and President-Elect.
Jay also held positions at the Alabama Association of REALTORS® including Board of Directors, YPN Chair, 2015 AAR Leadership team, and 2-terms as the Education Committee Chair concurrent with the University of Alabama’s AREC Board of Trustees.
Jay held a seat with NAR’s Resort and Second-Home Committee. Jay then moved to the association side of the industry with Baldwin REALTORS® in 2015 initially as an Education Coordinator, then MLS Coordinator, and most recently as the MLS Compliance Director. Mr. Jennings has earned his ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CMLX1, CMLX2, GRI, RSPS, and is currently enrolled in the RCE designation program.
Outside of real estate, he is the Owner and CEO of Middle Bay Metal, LLC which transforms recycled scrap metal into whimsical pieces of artwork. Jay recently rescued a Dachshund puppy named “Chico” which keeps him actively walking (and running) on a regular basis. Jay has a brother and nephew who live in the Huntsville area who he looks forward to spending more time exploring the area with.
