ValleyMLS has a new required field, when inputting a listing, and the age is either, New/Never Occupied, Proposed Construction OR Under Construction. The field name is Builders Name. This field allows you to click on the “magnifying glass” and see all of the available builder name options. If the name of the builder cannot be found, simply email the name to mlssupport@valleymls.com and we will get that name added for you.
This new feature will allow you to also do your searches based on the builders name.
