Fast Stats for May 2019
May saw 762 units sold which is 74 more than April. Average sales price was up at $257,754 which is $31,825 more than May of last year ($225,929). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, is still low at only 54 days. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,269 active listings on the market.
