On Thursday, August 2, 2018 The Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® (HAAR) named Affiliate member, Charlie Thorne the 2018 Affiliate of the Year.
Each year the association recognizes an Affiliate member that has not only provided outstanding support for the association but also assisted members in their daily business transactions. Members are asked to nominate those Affiliate members they feel stand out from the rest and are deserving of recognition. The goal of this award is to recognize individuals and their company for their contribution of time and capital towards the betterment of the Association and its’ members.
This year’s winner, Charlie Thorne is an active and dedicated member of the association. Thorne has not only served as the Affiliate Director for HAAR but has also sponsored many events for the association. Thorne has also served as the Hospitality Director for the local chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS (WCR). Thorne has also participated in the North Alabama MLS Leadership Conference and many other events at HAAR.
Thorne is always willing to serve or sponsor an event for our association and our members. He is a dedicated and integral member of our association and our community. We appreciate his leadership and service and are honored to have him as our 2018 Affiliate of the Year.
The Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® is a 2,000+ member organization of real estate professionals engaged in every aspect of the industry.
