The NALMLS Data Compliance Checker is getting a new look!
NALMLS will soon upgrade from iCheck to Listing Data Checker. Below are a few of the new features you can expect to see.
Once Listing Data Checker (LDC) is turned on, you will see a new menu option, which will be located in the LISTINGS menu screen in Paragon (see 1st screen shot). This menu allows you, as the agent, to view all notifications and/or violations you receive. You will also be able to view “Violations Reported by Me”.
As the Broker, you will see an extra link to view “My Office Violations”.
The Agent Reported link will still be located within the same area (as shown below).
The anticipated release date for the Listing Data Checker is October 15, 2018.
