Following our June 4th Rental Registration Forum to discuss potential City Council ordinances affecting property managers and homeowners alike, HAAR members, staff and leadership attended Wednesday’s work session at city hall, ready to speak on behalf of all members. With the city’s Community Development department, councilmembers had a productive discussion that zeroed in on concrete problems that can be solved in the short-term and the importance of enforcing ordinances already on the books.
