This is a FREE benefit for ValleyMLS.com subscribers. This course is approved as an elective for 3 hours of Continuing Education. This three-hour course reviews Alabama License Law, examines possible violations of the law, including non-disclosure, mortgage fraud, misleading advertising, and illegal tasks performed by unlicensed assistants, and meets Alabama’s mandatory requirement for CE on Risk Management.
