Fast Stats for March 2019
March saw 569 units sold which is 49 more than February. Average sales price was up at $233,987 which is $12,967 more than March of last year ($221,020). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, dropped to 55 days. This is 16 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,767 active listings on the market.
