Fast Stats for February 2019
February saw 520 units sold which is 83 more than February of 2018 which saw 437 units sold. Average sales price was up at $235,147 which is $16,205 more than February of last year ($218,942). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, remained the same at only 60 days. This is 13 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,290 active listings on the market.
