Course Description:
Learn how to create a customized search based on your buyers needs that will notify you and your client through automated emails. This free tool in Paragon can deliver updates on new listings, status changes, and comments that your Buyers share on specific properties. Collab Center also allows your buyers to save their own searches which gives agents the opportunity to close future transactions. We will also explore how Collab Center can be utilized in marketing campaigns or a farming tool.
