Introduction to New Construction -CE Class

Class Description: This 3-hour elective CE provides an understanding of dealing with new construction, which is completely different than existing housing. The student will understand the differences between resale and new homes; gain an understanding of what goes into the construction of a new home; understand what a blueprint is; construction basics; new construction contracts and addendums; working for a builder. Also, a short presentation on measuring the square footage of a house.

CE Credit: 3 hours- Elective

Cost: FREE for HAAR members! $35 for non-members.
