Fast Stats for December 2017
December ended the year on a high note. The month saw 569 units sold while there were only 494 units sold in December 2016. Average sales price was $224, 173 which is only $6,979 more than December 2016 ($216,097). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, stayed near 70. Inventory continues to remain low compared to 2016 with 1,894 active listings on the market. In December 2016 there were 2,371 active listings (477 more than 2017).
