Uninterrupted Member Services During COVID-19 (coronavirus) Response
As the coronavirus / COVID-19 scenario develops nationally and in North Alabama, our top priority at HAAR and ValleyMLS.com is to ensure that Members and MLS subscribers see no interruption in benefits and services. We are committed to this priority and will continue to be until this situation is resolved.
 
We are actively monitoring COVID-19 by staying close to official guidance from the National Association of REALTORS ® , the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization
 
We want to address every touch-point members and subscribers have. Please see below for guidance from HAAR and ValleyMLS.com and do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions.
Social Distancing Challenges During COVID-19
 
Any scenario that requires social distancing, such as showings or seller consultations, can pose challenges to our industry during this time. With that in mind, we will continue to evaluate the tools, policies, and resources we can provide to agents, members and their clients.
 
We encourage all members to be in communication with their clients during this time and put their safety top of mind. Thank you for your professionalism and commitment to the communities we serve.
HAAR & ValleyMLS.com Event, Education & Meeting Cancellations & On-Site Service
HAAR and ValleyMLS.com offices closed to public traffic until at least Friday, May 1st.
Here at HAAR and ValleyMLS.com offices, we have cancelled all events, classes, and workgroup committee meetings until at least Friday, May 1st.
 
Many, if not all, of these events, classes and meetings will be rescheduled, so please stay tuned to our Facebook page, website, The Weekly newsletter, and other channels for updates.
 
Because of these cancellations, HAAR and ValleyMLS.com offices will be closed to public traffic and open only for meetings by appointment. This includes the purchasing or transfer of lockboxes with our Member Services department.
 
Education: Members will have the ability to receive a refund for cancelled classes or a credit toward future classes. We will make every effort to reschedule as many classes as possible so members will have to put forth as little effort as possible to develop their careers. Remember that previous MLS trainings can be livestreamed for free . Upcoming events and classes can be viewed on our calendar HERE .
