• Board suspends operations during the Great Depression

1948

• Chartered as the Huntsville Board of REALTORS

1967

• The 1^st MLS Bulletin goes out on May 1, 1967 with 13 companies participating and 32 licensees…..setting the stage for the MLS Book
• First lock box system is put in place

1986

• The Huntsville Board of Realtors purchases a   computer system that allows real estate agents to access the MLS system remotely.

2004

• The MLS book is discontinued

2006

• Real estate forms go electronic

• HAAR goes “social” on  Facebook and Twitter
• Addresses are posted on ValleyMLS.com
• HAAR Charters YPN – First in the State
• NALMLS introduces paperless transaction system
• Controlled Syndication of Data to major portals (REALTOR.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com etc.)
• MLS moves to the Paragon System – the #1 customer satisfaction MLS provider in the country.
• NALMLS adopted ShowingTime showing service

• NALMLS adopted Dotloop Paperless transaction system
• NALMLS adopted the Clareity Single Sign On Dashboard
