As you are aware, The Greater Alabama MLS and ValleyMLS began sharing MLS data in November 2020. At this time, the data share only included RESIDENTIAL properties. So, what’s new?
On behalf of the ValleyMLS leadership team, we are happy to announce that you will now see listings from all the property types from The Greater Alabama MLS.
This means that when you enter a listing (regardless of the property type) into ValleyMLS, it will automatically be available in the Greater Alabama MLS (and vice-versa).
