As ValleyMLS.com continues add new property types (Commercial/Rental/Multi-Family and Land/Lot) listings between the data share listings for Greater Alabama MLS and ValleyMLS, it has become necessary to change the numbering sequence for both MLS data bases.
In order to prevent issues between data share listings, all new listings (effective 8/21/2023) will now begin with a numeral 2.
This change will allow for syncing both databases without any issue of potential native listing overwriting.
The current plan is that you will soon see all property types from Greater Alabama MLS on August 29th, 2023 in the ValleyMLS database.This change does not require you to do, or update your listing in any way.Please contact MLS support (mlssupport@valleymls.com) if you have any questions!
