The Supra billing system will undergo updates this weekend. There will be an outage window from Saturday, March 25, at 10:00 PM to Sunday, March 26, at 9:00 PM.
Most essential functions of the Supra system will remain available during this time, including access to lockboxes.
However, this maintenance outage will affect billing-related components for about 24 hours as follows.
Agents will be unable to:
pay open invoices
Reactivate from collections
