The 2021 Broker Summit kicked off with a welcome from ValleyMLS Chair Sha Jarboe, providing attendees with a roundup of major ValleyMLS Board of Directors decisions made throughout the year.
WAV Group Founder Marilyn Wilson provided the keynote presentation, a comprehensive summary of business generation tools ValleyMLS already provides to subscribers, where the MLS is currently positioned against larger and better-resourced peer organizations, and how Valley can provide even more business-generation tools to brokerages.
NAR Senior Policy Representative for Fair Housing Alexia Smokler provided summit attendees with an update on Fair Housing and the tools brokerages can take advantage of to make their offices experts on the principle that homeownership is for everyone.
