Cindi Peters-Tanner
A Past President and volunteer leader at the national, state and local levels, Cindi has provided her experience, talents and countless hours to strengthen the North Alabama real estate market and ValleyMLS.com policies, and lifting lifted up the careers of thousands of Realtors in the process.
Cindi’s extensive resume of service includes serving on the Mayor of Huntsville’s Urban Advisory council, the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors, the Alabama Association of Realtors, and the Homebuilders Association as well as President of HAAR and ValleyMLS.com Board of Directors. She has also served on the boards of several local non profit organizations and is a graduate of Leadership Greater Huntsville’s Connect program.

Janice Gilbreath
Janice serves as the Branch manager and Loan Officer for Geneva Financial. Janice is licensed in both Alabama and Tennessee, using her nearly three decades of lending experience and expertise to help homebuyers and homeowners navigate the financial market.
Janice’s love for the Real Estate industry started at only 18 years old, showing homes with her father. Her commitment to partnering with her fellow Real Estate professionals and HAAR members are what make Janice stand out in her field.
REALTORS® are Good Neighbors Award
Ginny Brandau
The winner of HAAR’S inaugural REALTORS® are Good Neighbors award, Ginny Brandau, has a long history of service within our organization and without. Having served in nearly every capacity at HAAR, ValleyMLS, AAR, and even NAR – Ginny has also served on the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors – raising money, working on homes, selecting families, and championing their cause.
When the HAAR board voted to make REALTORS® in Action a 501c3 nonprofit to give the foundation more ability to help those REALTORS in need – she stepped up to become the first chair of the newly created nonprofit foundation committee.
