Huntsville’s housing market stayed strong in the second quarter of 2020 despite the slumping pandemic economy nationwide, and a new report says demand continues to put pressure on supply.
“Mathematically, it’s almost unsustainable because you’re selling more homes than you have available,” Jeff Thompson of the University of Alabama in Huntsville said today.
