An Affiliate is a business or professional who supports the real estate industry but is not a licensed real estate agent or broker. Affiliates include trusted local companies and service providers whose products or services help REALTORS® and the clients they serve — such as lenders, inspectors, home services, contractors, title companies, insurance professionals, and marketing partners.
