Customer Experience Report

The 2021 Customer Experience Index survey results are here! This survey, conducted by WavGroup, was fielded from December 13, 2021 to January 13, 2022. There were 397 total responses which represents a 9% response rate. 

We are pleased to see that every Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for ValleyMLS is strong. Customer Service, Technology, and Data Quality are the company’s strongest areas followed by responsive and training. 

Our primary area of opportunity and growth is in communicating how ValleyMLS is a very strong generator of business opportunity for REALTORS®.
