We are pleased to announce two staff promotions this month. Rhonda Ricketts has been named the new Senior Director of ValleyMLS.com Operations. In this role, she will work with brokerage offices throughout the ValleyMLS.com community to ensure that member needs are being met with current services being offered. She will continue provide critical input in decisions being made as they relate to ValleyMLS.com operations.
Katy Fitzgerald will serve as Senior Director of Finance and HAAR Operations, continuing her role as Finance Director and HR Support to the CEO. Her position will work closely with the CEO and Treasurer to manage the financial health of both HAAR and ValleyMLS.com. She will also continue as the liaison to our accounting firm and assist with annual audits. As Director of HAAR Operations, she will support the administrative activities of the CEO and Board of Directors.
