Fast Stats for October 2018
October saw 612 units sold which is 12 more than October of 2017 which saw 600 units sold. Average sales price was down just a bit at $233,669 which is $15,927 more than September of last year ($217,742). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, is still low at only 50 days. This is 18 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,598 active listings on the market.
