The ValleyMLS Board of Directors approved Revisions on the Exclusive Right to Sell property Listing Agreement, the Financed Sales Contract, and the MLS Buyer Showing Agreement at their Board of Directors Meeting on September 4th, 2024.
These forms are now available in Paragon (MLS Documents>ValleyMLS Folder) and will be available in your Dotloop account on Monday, September 9, 2024.
