Fast Stats for January 2019
January saw 487 units sold which is 44 more than January of 2018 which saw 443 units sold. Average sales price was up at $237,696 which is $25,149 more than December of last year ($212,547). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, remained the same at only 49 days. This is 35 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,308 active listings on the market.
