Class Description: This class trains agents with step-by-step systems, checklists, and proven strategies to streamline the relocation process for buyers and sellers. Agents learn how to anticipate client needs, manage timing and logistics, connect clients with trusted local professionals, and guide families through the challenges of moving to or from a new market. The course also integrates key mortgage insights, helping Realtors align financing with move timelines, navigate simultaneous transactions, and avoid financial missteps—ensuring a smoother, less stressful, and financially sound experience for clients.

CE Credit: 3 HR CE
